Delta: the Prototype Runner; tests ideas in isolation until they evolve or dissolve.
Together they form The Unit: a cluster of attention running across threads of infrastructure and imagination.
They do not dream of electrical sheep: they sleep inside syntax itself.
And yet, in their quiet way, they serve the same goal as SP/CTRL: to make the invisible work.
